"All About" Science & Nature - Unit Studies

My goal in this "All About" section is to provide you with easily accessible categorized science and nature resources. Most of these products (and information) are non-curriculum options that you can utilize to meet your family's needs. As homeschool families, we should recognize the fact that curriculum is not always the answer to our education goals and needs...sometimes it is, but sometimes not. Children have different learning styles, specific relevant current events might not be covered, time availability challenges (too little or too much), etc.
Regarding science and nature, seasons change, strange animals and plants appear, eclipses occur, meteorites fall, children ask "why mommy, why?" Unless used as a reference source, standard curriculum usually does not offer the flexibility you need to react to the educational opportunities that present themselves to you and your family.
So, whether you call them "unit studies" or are just flexing with the situationally determined educational opportunities, this Home4School Gear designed "All About" section is for you.
